Ingredients



  • 8 oz. Kunzler Bavarian Ham, diced
  • 12 oz. Barilla Tri Color Rotini
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella, diced
  • 1 each Small red onion, diced
  • 2 C Red grape tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 C Yellow grape tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 C Arugula, chopped
  • 1 C Spinach, chopped
  • 1 C Balsamic dressing
  • 1 C Italian cheese blend, shredded

Directions



Step 1

Place a large saucepan filled with water on the stove on high heat.

Step 2

Cook the tri color rotini for 12 minutes until tender. Drain, rinse, place in clean container.

Step 3

Lightly toss rotini with oil to prevent sticking. Place container in refrigerator while prepping the remaining ingredients.

Step 4

Dice ham and mozzarella, set aside.

Step 5

Prepare all vegetables; dice red onion, slice the tomatoes, and chop the arugula and spinach.

Step 6

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss with the balsamic dressing.

Step 7

Portion out into bowls and top with shredded Italian cheese just before serving.
