Ingredients



  • (1) 5lb Kunzler Old Fashioned Ham
  • ½ Stick Butter
  • 4 T Brown Sugar
  • 14.5 oz. can Red Tart Cherries
  • 4 T Cornstarch
  • 12 oz. Cherry Cola

Directions



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F.

Step 2

Place ham in pan into the bottom rack in oven, set timer for 45 minutes.

Step 3

Place medium sized saucepan on stove set to medium high heat.

Step 4

Melt butter, add brown sugar, and entire can of red tart cherries. Bring to boil.

Step 5

Dissolve the cornstarch into Cherry Cola, pour into the sauce.

Step 6

Cook until the starch is set and cooked clear.

Step 7

Pull Ham from the oven. Ham should register 140F.

Step 8

Remove from pan place on cutting board. Cut several slices, arrange all pieces decoratively on plate.

Step 9

Spoon the thickened glaze over top of the ham and on the slices.
