Ingredients



  • 24 oz. Kunzler Bavarian Ham
  • (12) 8” Tortillas
  • 6 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 6 oz. Salsa
  • 1 oz. Instant Mashed Potatoes
  • 6 oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Directions



Step 1

In a stainless steel bowl combine cream cheese and salsa. Add the instant mashed potatoes stir to combine.

Step 2

Layout the 12 flour tortillas on washed, cleaned, and sanitized work surface

Step 3

Scoop a small spoonful of the cream cheese mix on each of the flour tortillas. Spread evenly in middle.

Step 4

Place the 12 servings of Kunzler Bavarian Ham in the center on the cream cheese, of each flour tortilla.

Step 5

Sprinkle ½ ounce of the cheddar over the Kunzler Bavarian ham.

Step 6

Carefully fold in the sides of the wrap, and roll up to seal and finish the wrap.

Step 7

Repeat for all 12 portions of wrap.

Step 8

Cut each wrap portion in half and place on individual plates.
