Ingredients



  • 1 Pack Kunzler Southwest Franks, diced
  • 1 T Oil
  • ½ bag Tortilla Chips
  • 1 8oz pack Shredded Nacho Cheese
  • 1 C Sour Cream
  • 1 C salsa
  • ¼ C Cilantro, washed, leaves removed from stems

Directions



Step 1

Open pack of franks and dice all into small even sized pieces.

Step 2

Place a large sauté pan on stove with burner set to high.

Step 3

Add the oil to the sauce pan, add diced franks and sauté until done, about 6-8 minutes.

Step 4

Lay half tortilla chips out on a sheet pan. Create 2 layers by placing the franks evenly over tortilla chips, topping with shredded nacho cheese mix. Repeat.

Step 5

Bake nachos in the oven for 6-8 minutes until the cheese is evenly melted.

Step 6

Remove tray from the oven. Carefully place portion of nachos on large serving dish.

Step 7

Finish the nachos by placing a dollop of sour cream, salsa, and garnish with sliced jalapeno and cilantro.
