Ingredients



  • 2 C Kunzler Ham, diced into large 1” cubes, set aside

  • 1 pineapple, prepared into large 1” cubes
  • 8-10 Skewers
  • 3 T Brown Sugar
  • 2 T Sea Salt
  • 1 T Chili Powder
  • 1 t cayenne pepper
  • 1 t cinnamon

Directions



Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 F or fire up your BBQ grill.

Step 2

Prepare pineapple by cutting off top and bottom of the fruit.

Step 3

Stand the pineapple on one end on cutting board. Carefully carve thin slices down the sides until you have removed all of the prickly skin.

Step 4

Cut the pineapple into wedges and remove the core. Complete by cutting into large 1” cubes.

Step 5

Assemble kabobs starting with a ham cube, alternate finishing with pineapple.

Step 6

Sprinkle finished kabobs with seasoning, spray lightly with vegetable oil.

Step 7

Grill for 4-5 minutes each side, rotating the kabobs for even cooking.
