Ingredients



  • 8 portions of 2104 Kunzler Sliced smoked ham (5 slices)

  • 4 head, Red Leaf Lettuce
  • 8 slices pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 2 cups, craisins
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 16 T Honey mustard dressing

Directions



Step 1

Prepare fresh pineapple, remove top and bottom. Remove outer rind. Cut in half. Reserve one half of the pineapple.

Step 2

Wrap spare half and place in refrigerator for later use. Cut remaining half into quarters, remove core, and cut into chunks.

Step 3

Wash and core the red leaf lettuce. Prepare for salads and divide onto 8 plates.

Step 4

Roll the ham portions and slice into several pieces. Arrange nicely on each salad.

Step 5

Divide pineapple chunks between 8 salads, sprinkle with craisins and cheddar cheese.

Step 6

Finish the salads by placing honey mustard dressing in cups served on side of salad.
