Ingredients



  • 16 ounces Kunzler Ham, diced, set aside

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 30 ounce pack Ore-Ida hash browns (use half, set remainder aside for another recipe)
  • 8 each Eggs, cracked and whisked together
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, divided

    10” Cast Iron Skillet

Directions



Step 1

Dice ham and set aside, preheat oven to 350 F.

Step 2

Warm skillet, place oil and butter inside make sure to cover the entire pan.

Step 3

Gently press half the Ore-Ida hash browns in the cast iron pan to form the crust

Step 4

Whisk together eggs, ¾ ham, ½ cheese, and place inside the hash brown crust.

Step 5

Place frittata into the oven and set timer for 30 minutes.

Step 6

Remove from oven, place remaining cheese and remaining ham on top.

Step 7

Place back into the oven and back an additional 8-10 minutes, until cheese is golden.

Step 8

Remove from oven. Allow to rest for 5 minutes.
