Description
The holidays are full of sugar and spice, so why not bring some of that spirit to your dinner table! This glaze is a great crowd pleaser.

Ingredients
- 1 C Brown Sugar
- 12 T Butter
- 4 T Bacon fat
- ½ C Maple Syrup
- 2 T Dijon or Brown Mustard (optional)
- 1 T Cornstarch
- 4 T Water
Directions
Step 1
In a medium sized saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring to boil to thicken cornstarch, set aside. Add a small amount of water to the bottom of the roasting pan.
Step 2
Remove ham from the oven and drizzle the glaze over ham with a large spoon. Place ham back into oven.
Step 3
Pull Ham from the oven. Ham should register 140 F.
Step 4
Spoon the remaining glaze over top of the ham and on the slices.
