Ingredients
- (3) 15.5 oz. cans Black Beans, rinsed and drained
- 12 oz. Kunzler Smoked Ham Medallions, diced
- 1 Green pepper, diced
- 1 Red pepper, diced
- 3 T Apple cider vinegar
- 4 T Lemon juice, fresh squeezed
Directions
Step 1
Open cans of black beans, rinse and drain. Place in large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Dice 12 ounces Kunzler Smoked Ham medallions. Add to mixing bowl.
Step 3
Dice green and red pepper, add to mixing bowl.
Step 4
Add Apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. Mix to incorporate all ingredients.
Step 5
Cover and chill overnight.
