Everyone likes to wake up to a smiling face. Especially if that smile is made out of ham and eggs!

Where to Buy Kunzler Products

Ingredients



  • 8 slices Kunzler ham
  • 8 eggs

Directions



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly spray a muffin cup with canola spray.

Step 2

Prepare 8 slices Kunzler ham by slicing 2, ¾” cuts at top and bottom of the round slice.

Step 3

Gently tuck each slice into muffin pan creating a cup. Crack 8 whole eggs into each ham cup.

Step 4

Bake in oven for 16-18 minutes, or until the egg is “set”.

Step 5

Prepare other breakfast accessories to your specific preferences.

Step 6

Remove muffin pan from the oven, allow to set for 2 minutes.

Step 7

Gently remove ham egg cups from pan, place 3 on each serving plate.

Step 8

Add your other breakfast items to plates and enjoy!
