Ingredients
1 Kunzler 2 Pound Ham Loaf
- 3 T Butter
- 12 oz. Half & Half
- 1 T Cornstarch
- 1 C White Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 4 Eggs
Directions
Step 1
Cut half of ham loaf into 4 portions, set aside on plate.
Step 2
Place medium sized saucepan on medium heat. Melt 2 T butter. Meanwhile, stir cornstarch into half & half.
Step 3
Pour half & half mixture into saucepan, stirring constantly. Bring to boil to thicken.
Step 4
Turn burner to low heat. Stir shredded cheese into the sauce, incorporate completely
Step 5
Place separate pan on medium heat. Add 1 T butter, place the 4 slices of Ham loaf in pan.
Step 6
Heat ham loaf 4-6 minutes on each side until golden brown. While heating ham loaf portions, cook eggs to your liking.
Step 7
To serve, place ham loaf on plates and top each with an egg
