Ingredients



  • 2 Crock Hocks

  • ½ Onion, peeled and diced
  • 6-8 rib Celery, diced
  • 4 Parsnips, peeled and diced
  • 6 Carrots, peeled and diced
  • 4 Potatoes, peeled and diced
  • (2) 32 ounce containers chicken broth

Directions



Step 1

Place Hocks on the bottom of the Crock Pot.

Step 2

Place diced vegetables on top of the hocks.

Step 3

Cover with stock/water, place lid on crock pot, cook for 8 hours.

Step 4

Before serving, adjust salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5

Carefully spoon out vegetables into serving dish.

Step 6

Place the ham hocks on separate serving tray.

Step 7

Serve with loaf of bread and enjoy!
