Ingredients
- 3 ribs Celery, diced
- 1 pack Kunzler Chicken Franks
- 1 ¼ Cup (10 oz. Hot Sauce)
- ½ C. Mayo
- 1 pack Schmidt Potato Rolls
- ¼ C. Ranch dressing
Directions
Step 1
Dice celery, place in bowl and set aside
Step 2
In a medium sized sauté pan on medium heat, cook chicken franks with 1 cup hot sauce until internal temp reaches 165 F
Step 3
Mix remaining hot sauce with mayo, put into sauce bottle
Step 4
Assemble the Buffalo Chicken Dogs: layout rolls, place chicken frank in roll, top each with celery, drizzle ranch, drizzle hot sauce
