Description



Strange but delicious! Bubble waffles are a popular street food item in Hong Kong so we decided to add a little Kunzler flair.

Where to Buy Kunzler Products

Ingredients



  • 1 C Pancake Waffle Mix
  • 1 1/3 C Milk
  • 2 Egg
  • ½ C Butter, melted
  • 12 slices Kunzler bacon
  • Scrambled eggs
  • Cheddar Cheese

Directions



Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredients and set aside.

Step 2

Preheat your bubble waffle iron.

Step 3

Prepare Kunzler bacon (lay out slices on parchment lined sheet pan. Bake for 16-18 minutes at 350 until crisp. Set aside)

Step 4

Lightly spray both top and bottom of waffle iron.

Step 5

Pour approximately 3 ounces in a circle into the waffle iron. Flip the iron over and set timer for 3 minutes.

Step 6

Light will turn on when waffle is finished, gently open iron and carefully flip waffle onto plate.

Step 7

Prepare eggs in a pan over low - medium heat. Stir constantly until desired consistency is reached.

Step 8

Carefully wrap the waffle with your bacon, egg, & cheese. Serve and enjoy!
