Where to Buy Kunzler Products

Ingredients



  • 1 pack English Muffins
  • 1 lb. Kunzler Ham, diced
  • 8 Eggs
  • 16 oz. Light cream or Milk
  • ½ t Salt
  • 1 C Cheddar Cheese, Shredded (Optional)
  • 1 pack Knorr Swiss Hollandaise mix
  • ½ stick Butter
  • 1 C Light cream

Directions



Step 1

Cut each English muffin into small cubes. Lightly spray a 9 x 13 baking dish, and arrange muffin pieces in bottom

Step 2

Dice the Kunzler ham and place on top of the English muffin pieces

Step 3

Crack eggs into mixing bowl and whisk together with the light cream, carefully pour over ham and English muffin pieces

Step 4

Wrap and allow to rest overnight in refrigerator

Step 5

Next morning pull from fridge, remove wrap, bake in preheated 350 F oven

Step 6

While the benedict is baking in the oven, make hollandaise sauce. Or if you prefer top with the cheddar cheese

Step 7

Bake until the eggs are completely “set”. Remove from oven and drizzle with the hollandaise.
