Description
No need to butter these cobs; Kunzler bacon adds the right amount of salt and savory to a favorite summer side.

Ingredients
- 1/4 C. Chipotle peppers, canned, pureed
- 1/4 C. Honey
- 1/4 C. Butter, melted
- 4 Corn ears, shucked
- 8 slices Kunzler bacon
Directions
Step 1
Heat grill to medium-high. Mix the chipotle peppers, honey and melted butter in a bowl to make a glaze.
Step 2
Cut the ears of corn in half. Wrap one slice of bacon around each half corn and secure with toothpicks.
Step 3
Spray grill with non-stick spray. Roll the wrapped corn in the honey-chipotle glaze and place onto the grill.
Step 4
Turn the corn every 1 to 2 minutes. Occasionally baste the corn with the remaining glaze until corn is cooked and bacon is crisp. Ready in about 20 to 25 minutes.
