Ingredients
- I pack Kunzler Original Bacon, baked and crumbled
- (5) 1 lb. bags Frozen corn
- 1 stick Butter
- 2 C. Heavy cream
- 2 T. Cornstarch
- 2 packs Cream cheese
- 2 C. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. Velveeta
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F
Step 2
Layout bacon on parchment lined sheet tray, Bake until golden brown, and the bacon is crisp 16-18 minutes
Step 3
Remove tray from oven, drain bacon fat into clean coffee cup. Remove bacon from tray, place on plate, set aside
Step 4
In slow cooker add corn, butter, heavy cream, cornstarch, cream cheese, cheddar, Velveeta, and ¾ bacon crumbles
Step 5
Set slow cooker to high heat for 2 hours. (Or low for 6 hours). Stir to combine after 1 hour
Step 6
Garnish with remaining bacon.
