Ingredients



  • I pack Kunzler Original Bacon, baked and crumbled
  • 5 each 1 lb. bags of frozen corn
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 2 C Heavy Cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 2 packs Cream Cheese
  • 2 C Cheddar, Shredded
  • 8 ounces Velveeta

Directions



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F

Step 2

Layout bacon on parchment lined sheet tray, Bake until golden brown, and the bacon is crisp 16-18 minutes

Step 3

Remove tray from oven, drain bacon fat into clean coffee cup. Remove bacon from tray, place on plate, set aside

Step 4

In slow cooker add corn, butter, heavy cream, cornstarch, cream cheese, cheddar, Velveeta, and ¾ bacon crumbles

Step 5

Set slow cooker to high heat for 2 hours. (Or low for 6 hours). Stir to combine after 1 hour

Step 6

Garnish with remaining bacon.
