There is nothing like a big bowl of protein to get your day kickstarted! You know what they say…. If you love something, you should put some bacon on it.

Ingredients



  • 8 slices Kunzler Black Forest Bacon
  • 6 C Baby Spinach
  • 3 T Vinaigrette dressing
  • 4 Hard boiled eggs, cut in half
  • 1 Avocado, pitted, skin removed, and sliced
  • 1 Tomato, cored and cut into wedges

Directions



Step 1

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, bake bacon 20-22 minutes at 350 F

Step 2

Remove bacon from sheet pan, place on dinner plate lined with paper towel.

Step 3

Toss the spinach with vinaigrette dressing, divide into bowls.

Step 4

Carefully top each spinach salad with 2 egg halves, ¼ of the avocado cut into slices, 3 tomato wedges.

Step 5

Finish by topping with crisp, diced Kunzler Black Forest Bacon.
