These bite-sized pockets of flavor will be a guaranteed hit at your next party! Easy to make and even easier to eat, bake some bacon bombs this weekend.

Where to Buy Kunzler Products

Ingredients



  • 1 lb Kunzler Original Bacon or Thick Cut Bacon
  • (1) 16 oz tube of biscuit dough (8 large biscuits)
  • 8 oz, Mozzarella, shredded
  • 3 large Jalapeño peppers, diced

Directions



Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 F. Layout bacon on sheet tray, bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until crispy.

Step 2

Place bacon on paper towel lined plate, when cool dice and set aside for cheese mix.

Step 3

Cut each of the 8 biscuits in half. (carefully split horizontally to keep round shape, will be easier to assemble)

Step 4

Combine shredded mozzarella with bacon and diced jalapeño peppers.

Step 5

Scoop a teaspoon of cheese mix, place in middle of biscuit round, carefully wrapping biscuit around cheese.

Step 6

Repeat with all 16 portions of biscuit. Once all balls are formed, spread remaining cheese mix on top of biscuits

Step 7

Space out the biscuits on a lightly greased sheet pan

Step 8

Bake at 350 F for 5-6 minutes, spin tray and bake another 5-6 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted
