Where to Buy Kunzler Products

Ingredients



  • 1 pack Kunzler Country Style Sausage

  • ½ Red Pepper, diced
  • ½ Green Pepper, diced
  • 8 eggs, cracked in a mixing bowl
  • ¼ C Half & Half
  • 6 Scallions, chopped for garnish (optional)
  • 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions



Step 1

Place pan on burner set to medium high heat.

Step 2

When preheated add the Kunzler Country Style Sausages to the pan, making sure to turn as needed.

Step 3

When finished, set aside on cutting board, cut into thin slices.

Step 4

In a separate 10” non-stick pan, place on burner set to medium high heat.

Step 5

Spray with pan spray, add diced peppers cook for 6-8 minutes, and then add sliced sausage.

Step 6

Whisk together eggs and half & half, add to the peppers & sausage. Stir with spatula.

Step 7

Continue to scramble the ingredients until eggs are completely cooked. (about 2-4 minutes).

Step 8

Divide this scrambled mixture between 4 bowls. Top with chopped scallions, and cheddar cheese.
