Ingredients



  • 1/2 lb. Kunzler franks, sliced

  • 2 cups biscuit baking mix
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 3 cups chili
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2

Spread half of the chili into the bottom of a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

Step 3

Place a layer of hot dogs over chili. Cover the hot dogs with cheese, then top with remaining chili.

Step 4

Mix biscuit baking mix and water into a dough. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4" thick.

Step 5

Cover the contents of the casserole dish with the dough. Cut a few slits to vent for steam.

Step 6

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
